Each merchant ships from Jamaica via their preferred courier. Transit times vary by destination — typically 5–10 business days to North America, 7–14 to Europe, 10–18 to Australia. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We surface a tracking link as soon as the courier issues one.
For deliveries outside Jamaica, you may pay import duty + tax to your local courier on receipt. We quote the worst-case rate up front (MFN tariff + reciprocal baseline) so the buyer's total is bounded; if your country charges less, contact us and we'll review. See /legal/duties for the methodology.
Open your order page (the link is in your receipt email) and tap "Report an issue." Flatbridge handles it — we go back to the merchant on your behalf. If you've lost the email, use /orders/find with the email you used at checkout.
From your order page, tap "Start a return" — pick the items, tell us why, choose card refund or +5% store credit. Most returns approved within one business day. Standard policy: 14 days for change-of-mind, 30 for defects. Per-product policies (final sale / made-to-order) appear on the product page.
No. Checkout via Stripe (any card, any chain) or local payment options for JM buyers. Your order page is reachable via a token-gated link in your receipt email. Lost it? /orders/find recovers it via email.
JM buyers see a "Local payment options" section on the cart with JMD-priced rails (WiPay card, Lynk transfer where the merchant has it set up). The Stripe path remains the default — international cards work in JMD too.
Card data never touches Flatbridge servers — Stripe and WiPay handle it directly via PCI-compliant hosted checkouts. We store only the order's session id. Quebec Loi 25 + PIPEDA apply; export or delete your data via /api/me/export and /api/me/delete.
Sign up at /merchants/sign-up. Two trust paths: (1) Verified — TRN + Companies Office of Jamaica + business bank, full marketplace exposure. (2) Trusted — gov-ID + social-history + 5-min live call, no TRN required, 30-day probation. Both buyers see the same protection.
