- WhatsApp: tap your contact-on-file to message us. Faster for urgent order issues.
- Photo upload not working? Use JPG, PNG, or WebP, under 5 MB each. From a phone, the gallery selector should let you pick. If your network is slow, try one photo at a time.
- Where’s my payout? We send merchant payments by Lynk, JN Pay, NCB Quisk, bank transfer, or cash on pickup — whichever rail you set during onboarding. Look for a notification on that rail with a reference number; the same reference shows in your dashboard.

- Lost the order email? Find your orders — enter the email you used at checkout, we’ll resend the link.
- Item didn’t arrive or doesn’t match? Open your order page (link in your receipt email) and tap “Report an issue.” We resolve directly with the merchant — you don’t need to chase anyone.

Sign-in trouble
No passwords. One-time links.
We don’t use passwords — we email you a one-time link. Look for an email from orders@flatbridge.app in your inbox or spam folder. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, try again from the sign-in page — or email us and we’ll help.
